About this workshop
In this workshop, we work on a single 20" MDF board and build all seven chakras from Root to Crown, one layer at a time, one color at a time. Each chakra is represented through color, pattern, and intention.
By the end of two days, you walk away with a finished 20" dot mandala that is as meaningful as it is beautiful, and a practice that stays with you long after the workshop ends.
This is not just a craft workshop. It is a slow, meditative experience designed to help you connect with the art as you create it.

- The meaning and color of each of the 7 chakras
- How to lay out and plan a large-format mandala
- Layering technique, building the piece chakra by chakra
- Color balance and placement across a 20" board
- Dotting with intention, slow, mindful, and deliberate

Do I need any prior art experience?
No. This workshop is beginner friendly. Every technique is taught step by step, starting from the basics of dotting.
How do I join the workshop?
The workshop is held live online. Your session link is emailed to you after you register, and a reminder is sent before each session.
What do I need at home?
A 20 inch MDF board, acrylic paints, and dotting tools. A complete materials kit is available on request at an additional cost, so you can also just ask us for one.
Can I get a materials kit?
Yes. A complete kit with the board, paints, and tools is available on request at an additional cost. DM @nartikacreatives on Instagram to add one.
Do I need to attend both days?
Yes. The piece is built over both sessions. Day one covers the layout and the first chakras, and day two completes the board.
